We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal by completing and submitting the form below. Submission of this form constitutes notice that you wish to withdraw from the contract and return your item(s).

Once we receive your return request and it is authorised, we will await your return package and process your refund or exchange.

Returns sent without prior notification may take longer to process.

2. Securely package the item and include any relevant order information.
3. Return the parcel using a tracked postal service where possible.
4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange in accordance with our Returns Policy and your statutory consumer rights.
