Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email) within 14 days of delivery.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in resalable condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the item shows signs of unnecessary handling beyond what is required to inspect it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Original delivery charges will be refunded where required under consumer law.
Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for return within the standard 14-day cancellation period.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:
- Please contact us at info@premiersports.ie
- We may request photographs of the issue
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate
Where a fault is confirmed, return postage costs will be refunded. Proof of postage is required.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
