Orders
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We’ll always do our best if you contact us straight away, but once your order has been processed or dispatched we may not be able to make changes. Please email info@premiersports.ie as soon as possible with your order number.
I ordered today — why hasn’t it dispatched yet?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri). Dispatch time is separate from delivery time. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
What is the difference between dispatch time and delivery time?
Dispatch time is the time it takes us to prepare and send your order.
Delivery time begins after your order has been dispatched.
For example:
If you order on Sunday, your order will begin processing on Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a bank holiday). Delivery time starts once the parcel has been shipped.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes — once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link
I didn’t receive my order confirmation email — did my order go through?
Order confirmations can sometimes go to Spam/Junk. If you still can’t find it, email us with your name and approximate order time and we’ll check
I entered the wrong address — what should I do?
Contact us immediately at info@premiersports.ie. If the order hasn’t been processed yet we can usually update it, but we can’t guarantee changes once it’s dispatched.
Delivery
What shipping options do you offer?
All online orders are shipped via tracked courier delivery.
- Flat-rate courier: €7.50
- Free delivery on orders over €100
- Fully tracked service
We currently ship to Ireland and Northern Ireland only.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday only and exclude weekends and bank holidays.
Orders placed:
- On Saturdays
- On Sundays
- On bank holidays
Are processed on the next working day.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times begin after dispatch, not from the order date.
Estimated delivery times:
- Republic of Ireland: 1–3 working days after dispatch
- Northern Ireland: 2–4 working days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?
Please allow the full estimated delivery time after dispatch.
During peak periods (Christmas, sales, and bank holidays), courier networks may experience delays.
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier
Do you ship outside Ireland?
No — we ship to Ireland and Northern Ireland only.
We do not ship to England, Scotland, Wales, or internationally.
Click & Collect
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes — we offer free Click & Collect from our store in Cashel, Co. Tipperary.
Simply select Click & Collect at checkout.
When will my Click & Collect order be ready?
Orders placed before 3pm are usually ready for collection the same day.
Orders placed after 3pm will be ready on the next working day.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready to collect.
Please wait for this confirmation before coming to the store.

How long will you hold my order?
We will hold your Click & Collect order for 7 days after it is ready.
If you need more time, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring:
Your order confirmation email
The card used to pay (if requested)
Returns
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
What condition must items be in?
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused
- Be in original condition
- Be in original packaging
- Include your original invoice or proof of purchase
We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Can I return sale items?
Yes. Sale items purchased online can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition and in their original packaging.
Items marked as “Final Clearance” or “End of Line” may only be returned if they are faulty.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
Please contact us at info@premiersports.ie within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If the item is confirmed faulty, we will:
- Offer a replacement (if available), or
- Issue a refund
- Refund reasonable return postage costs (proof required)
How do I return an item?

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Banks may take additional time to show the refund.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items once opened or worn:
- Socks
- Swimwear
- Gum shields
- Mouthguards
- Personalised or custom printed items
Unless they are faulty.
