Same-Day Collection
Orders placed before 3pm (Monday–Friday) are available for same-day collection.
Orders placed after 3pm will be ready on the next working day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for collection.
Please do not travel to the store until you have received this confirmation.

Orders can be collected during our normal store opening hours.
Monday 10am - 5pm
Tuesday 10am - 5pm
Wednesday 10am - 5pm
Thursday 10am - 6pm
Friday 10am - 6pm
Saturday 10am - 6pm
Sunday/Public Holidays 1pm - 5pm
What To Bring
When collecting your order, please bring:
- Your order confirmation email
If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must have the order confirmation details.
Collection Timeframe
Orders must be collected within 7 days of the collection notification email.
If your order is not collected within this timeframe, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
