Delivery & Dispatch Information

Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday only and exclude weekends and Irish bank holidays.

Orders placed:

  • After business hours
  • On weekends
  • On bank holidays

Will be processed on the next working day.

Please note: Dispatch time is the time it takes us to prepare and send your order. Delivery time begins after your order has been dispatched.

 


 

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to:

  • Republic of Ireland
  • Northern Ireland

We do not ship to Great Britain or other international destinations at this time.

 


 

Delivery Method

Courier Delivery (Tracked)

All orders are shipped via courier to provide a reliable and fully trackable service.

This includes:

  • Tracking number provided
  • Tracking updates from dispatch to delivery
  • Reliable nationwide service

 


 

Delivery Cost

Flat-rate courier delivery: €7.50

Applies to all orders shipped within Ireland and Northern Ireland.

 


 

Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)

  • Republic of Ireland: approx. 1–3 working days
  • Northern Ireland: approx. 2–4 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to location, courier demand, or peak periods.

 


 

Busy Periods

During peak times (Christmas, sales events, bank holidays), delivery networks may experience delays. Please allow additional time during these periods.

 


 

Shipping Confirmation

Once dispatched, you will receive an automated email confirmation including your tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder.

 


 

Delivery Issues

If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier may:

  • Leave the parcel in a safe place, or
  • Contact you to arrange redelivery

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply.

 


 

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us.

If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will:

  • Dispatch a replacement (subject to stock availability), or
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method.

 


 

Order Cancellations

If an order is cancelled after dispatch processing or label generation, shipping costs may not be refundable.
