I want to cancel my order 

You can cancel your Premier Sports order within 30 minutes of placing your order, by logging into the “My Account” section. Please note, it may not always be possible to cancel your order, especially if it has already been dispatched. 

I want to change my address 

Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee we will be able to make changes to your billing/delivery address. However, please contact us immediately and a member of the Premier Sports team will do their best to make any necessary changes that are possible.  

 

I’ve place an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email 

After completing the payment process you should receive an order confirmation email. If you have not received an email, this may be due to an incorrect email address or the email may have gone to the spam or junk inbox. Please check all your inboxes. 

If you have entered the correct email address but did not receive a confirmation email please contact us so a member of the Premier Sports team can try to locate your order. We will need your full name and delivery address to find your order. 

My order status is Complete, but I have not received my order 

Status ‘Complete’ simply means your order has been successfully packed, dispatched and should be on its way to you. Our delivery times can be viewed in the Delivery section.

If you have not received your order 48 hours after the designated order timeline please contact us with your order number and we will track down your parcel ASAP.
